About Our Products
Q: Are these original designs?
A: Yes! Every design you see is an original artwork created by Nicole Kazonie. Each piece is carefully transferred onto quality products for you to enjoy.
Q: What materials are used for the products?
A: The quality of products used has surpassed Nicole's expectations regarding the print on demand company Printify. In every description there is a write up of what materials are used in the product. As for the original paintings, I used canvas purchased at Michael's store in Spruce Grove, AB along with the acrylic paints.
Q: How do I care for my items?
A: Care instructions vary by product type. Mugs and glasses are dishwasher safe, candles should be trimmed before each use, and canvas prints should be kept away from direct sunlight to preserve colors. Specific care instructions are included with each order.
Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location - Canadian orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet, except if you are interested in originals or oracle decks, I am willing to work with you to make it happen.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Custom Orders & Commissions
Q: Do you accept custom orders or commissions?
A: If you are interested in doing a commission, please email me directly. I will require a 50% deposit upon agreement and the remainder upon finishing. The price will include shipping and handling fees.
Q: Can I request a specific design on a different product?
A: Absolutely. If you have any suggestions or want to see the image on a custom made product, please inquire and let's see what I can do.
Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
