Shipping policy

Processing time depends on when payments get processed, once the funds go through I will be able to fullfill the order if it is print on demand, if it is an original painting it depends on how busy Nicole is, she will keep you updated to the best of her abilities. The orders will be shipped out Thursday's depending on the status of Canada Post. 

Nicole's primary source of shipping is Canada Post, but will use alternative shipping methods that she trusts to ensure your order gets to you promptly.

If you are local, Nicole can set up pick up or delivery for a fee.

Estimated time of delivery depends on when payments are processed to cover the costs of printing and manufacturing. Most deliveries plan for 2 weeks, from moment of ordering. Again things happen out of my control, but I will do my best to get your order to you promptly.

How i calculate shipping? If it's print on demand it is calculated through their services. 

If you order an original or a crafted project i made directly or an oracle deck, that depends on size and weight. Flat rate ranges from $19 and up depending on size of parcels through Canada Post. 

With flat rate shipping it offers tracking and will add insurance on it and will be added into shipping and handling fees. $4/$100 coverage

Your package whether shipped directly or through print on demand, will be packaged with care to the best of our abilities, to ensure the product gets there in good condition. Again I cannot control every outcome, so I will do my best to replace any damaged items upon return with receipt.
